It works with your own provider keys too. - Commands now open with @ instead of /. The old / still works. - Chats open faster after a reload. **Fixed** 5:22 PM ET ### Follow-ups on every model, and new link previews - Some models refused the second message of a chat, or any message once you had saved memories. Chat also does it for you before a chat runs out of room, and you can undo it or compact again. - Earlier messages stay on screen and in downloads after a chat is compacted. - Chat remembers useful things about you across chats, like your name and preferences, and anything you ask it to remember or add with /remember. See, remove, or turn off memories with /memory. **New** 1:36 PM ET ### A front page, a chat policy, and this changelog - chat.freetheai.org has a public front page that plays short examples of Chat: switching models, attaching files, groups, your own keys, commands, and downloads. - The chat policy explains plainly what is saved in your browser, what is sent to get a reply, and what applies to your own provider keys, and the Terms and Privacy Policy say the same. **New** 12:32 PM ET ### Chat groups, and long chats that stay fast - Put chats into groups from a chat's menu, and open or close each group in the sidebar. - Long conversations open faster and stay smooth while a reply arrives, on phones too, even with many code blocks. - Images are stored more compactly in your browser, and a model's thinking shows with its formatting. **Improved** 11:37 AM ET ### Easier to read and use on phones and tablets - Replies, code, and menus use larger text, and buttons are easier to tap. - On iPhone, text fields no longer zoom the page, and nothing sits under the home bar. - Creating an account from Chat now brings you back to Chat once your email is confirmed. **New** 12:02 AM ET ### Attachments, downloads, and taking back a message - Attach photos, screenshots, PDFs, Word and PowerPoint files, and code with the paperclip, by dropping them on the message box, or by pasting.
